The efferent ductules, or is located at the upper end of the penis. The vessels of the rete testis terminate in twelve to twenty ducts, called the efferent ductuli, which carry the seminal fluid from the testis to the epididymis. Their course is straight at first and then becomes convoluted to form a series of conical masses that together form the head of the epididymis.
