Hannah is a contributing writer at Innerbody Research. Her specialty is writing about mental health, wellness, psychology, and non-western modalities for healing. She has obtained social work experience as a Child and Adolescent Skill-Builder, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Couples and Family Therapy with a specialization in Dance and Movement Therapy.

Hannah received two undergraduate degrees in Spanish World Language and International Studies from Portland State University. She is currently earning her master's degree in Couples and Family Therapy with a specialization in Dance and Movement Therapy at Antioch University.
Hannah’s love for mental health and psychology came from her own mental health journey. Diagnosed at 18 with anorexia/bulimia, she spent her youth focused on healing and self-growth. Hannah is a big believer in somatic healing practices and finds joy in helping others with their mental health journeys. When she isn't writing, she is dancing Kizomba, traveling, practicing yoga, and working in the garden.
