Scott Bukoski, MD

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Scott Bukoski, MD, is a dermatologist and member of the Innerbody Research Medical Review Board. After over three years serving patients with Brown Dermatology (affiliated with Brown University), Dr. Bukoski has joined the Skin Surgery Center of Virginia. His advocacy for patient empowerment aligns with Innerbody's desire to demystify complicated health-related concerns and help people make informed choices with their doctors. Particular clinical interests are varied and include inflammatory skin conditions, skin cancer prevention, surgical interventions, and cosmetic enhancements.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

After obtaining his undergraduate degree in biology from Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree in physiology and biophysics from Georgetown University, Dr. Bukoski attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Then, upon finishing his medical internship at Geisinger Health System, he completed his dermatology residency at Brown University.
